! Only the appointment commission of the EWA can award the title "Enneagram Master Trainer, EWA" !

Only those who are appointed by the EWA association as "Enneagram Master Trainer, EWA" have the right to use the EWA seals (sticker with a number on the EWA logo) for certificates of EWA qualifications for their training participants.

have at least 121 days of training experience (878 hours)

The "Enneagram Master Trainer, EWA" qualification

The minimum qualification of an "Enneagram Master Trainer, EWA": Enneagram Basic (2 days), Advanced (2 days), Expert (7 days), Master (9 days + 18 days "NLP Master, IN") and Trainer (3 days + 18 days "NLP Trainer, IN") training sums up to 59 training days with 425 hours.
Plus assistance in Basic, Advanced, Expert and Master adds 38 days with 273 hours (sums up to 97 days with 698 hours).
Plus 30 hours (4 days) supervision and 150 hours (20 days) experience.
For each of these qualifications, comparable competencies can be accepted by the appointment commission of the EWA.
This sums up to all-in-all 121 days with 878 hours.
An alternative qualification road is our Pilot Project No. 2: Conducting of basic EWA trainings under intensive mentoring instead of assisting EWA trainings.

Different kinds of "Enneagram Master Trainer, EWA"

The appointment as an "Enneagram Master Trainer, EWA" can be as a leader of an experienced EWA member institute or as an additional "Enneagram Master Trainer, EWA" in an EWA member institute or as a leader of an EWA member institute in cooperation with an experienced EWA member institute during the first 7 standard Enneagram trainings ("Enneagram Expert, EWA").
Additional "Enneagram Master Trainers, EWA" of an institute can only seal certificates for participants of trainings at this institute.
"Enneagram Master Trainers, EWA" who participate in the Pilot Project can only seal basic EWA qualifications.

When you apply for your appointment as "Enneagram Master Trainer, EWA" please send us your CV, an overview of the trainings that qualify you, an overview of the trainings that you have conducted and everything that could be relevant for documenting your expertise in Enneagram and conducting trainings.
If from our associations a President or an Ambassador or an "Enneagram Master Trainer, EWA" knows you and could confirm your qualifications this would be very helpful for the application process.
We also need the signed contract between you and the EWA.
